Tortilla Lasagna Bake

2 Cans Ranch Style Beans or chili beans
½ C Shredded cheese
1 onion, diced
12-18 Corn tortillas
1-2 Cans Tomatoes or Ro-Tel
1 T Oil
Chili powder, salt, pepper to taste

 Preheat the oven to 350. Sauté onion in a skillet with the oil. Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Add the seasonings, the amount your family will eat and any other seasonings that you might like. Add beans and heat through for a few minutes. In a baking pan put a layer of tortillas and top with a layer of the bean mixture. Continue layering and end with tortillas. Top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Make the amount that would be appropriate for your family, that is why it says 1-2 and 12-18. Serve with Spanish rice.
