1 Can of salmon, drained
1 Can of tuna, drained
¼ of an Onion
½ Package of saltines, crushed
1 to 2 eggs
Mix all together. Cook in a dry skillet (I use my electric griddle sometimes) until brown on one side, flip. Brown the other side. Eat plain, with ketchup or mustard. I like ketchup myself.
I grew up eating these with boxed mac-n-cheese and Ranch Style Beans.
