Quick and Easy Lasagna

1 Lb Ground meat
Cooked Lasagna noodles
1 ½ C Mozzarella cheese
1 Can or Jar Spaghetti Sauce
2 Eggs
1 Small container of cottage cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground meat. Drain the fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Combine in a small bowl the mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and eggs. In a baking pan put a small amount of the sauce mixture in the bottom of the pan. Layer on top of the sauce lasagna noodles, side by side. Add a half of the egg/cheese mixture and half of the sauce. Top with the noodles and top those noodles with in the same order as above. Top with lasagna noodles. Smear a little sauce on top of the final layer and sprinkle a little cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 3o minutes.
